Cats Size up Silver Eagle

Harmony Sea Kittens (4-4) will be running out a 9-player lineup tonight against Kenosha League front-runner Silver Eagle (7-1) in a 6:30 PM matchup on Olbrich Park Diamond #3. The teams have traveled in different directions in recent weeks, as Los Gatitos have lost four of their past 5 five games while Silver Eagle has largely crushed opponents since their lone, season-opening loss— to Sea Kittens. Another Bad Trip for Cats

For the second time in three weeks Pitches B Trippin (4-4 overall, 3-2 Kenosha League first half) thrashed Harmony Sea Kittens (4-4, 3-2), this time sailing away with a 21-11 win at Olbrich Park Wednesday night.  A win for Sea Kittens would have placed the team into the league championship game for the second consecutive year, but early offensive struggles coupled with some spacey defense left the Cats playing from behind from the start.  

Sea Kittens Roar into Game of the Year

After starting the 2019 Summer Season with three consecutive wins, Harmony Sea Kittens endured a June swoon that continued into early July. last week the Cats bounced back with their first win since May 29, and take a 4-3 overall record into an 8:30 PM matchup with rivals Pitches B Trippin. The game is a make-up of the teams’ postponed season opener, and thus is a continuation of MSCR Kenosha League first-half play. A win

Kits Flit Past Bats

Harmony Sea Kittens (4-3 overall, 1-2 MSCR Kenosha League 2nd half) withstood a five-home run barrage and outlasted Bat Intentions (1-6, 0-3) 13-12 on a schwetty night at Olbrich Park July 17. The win snapped a three-game Sea Kitten losing streak in advance of a return to first-half play July 24, where a Harmony win over Pitches Be Trippin’ would secure a championship game berth for the second consecutive season.
