Bridesmaids, Again

Sea Kittens earned its third Harmony Tournament silver medal in team history, outlasting Harmony Dogs in a 19-16 first-round claw-biter before being unceremoniously dismantled by Harmony Royals 29-15 in the tournament final. Cats Scamper Away from Renovations

Sea Kittens and Driftless Renovations locked in a tight struggle for five innings at Olbrich Park August 18 before the Cats separated with a 6-run two out rally in the top of the 6th and emerged with a decisive 14-5 victory.  The win was the fifth in a row and eighth of the year for Sea Kittens (8-1, 4-0 MSCR Kenosha League second half) and is the second-highest summer league win total in franchise history,

Kittens Pounce Early, Evade Barkers’ Wrath

After cruising to victory in its last three games, Sea Kittens (7-1) faced a sterner test in the form of Barker’s Bombers at Olbrich Park Wednesday night.  The Cats answered the bell with a 10-run flurry in the game’s first three innings, then hung on through a hairy 7th inning for an impressive 12-7 victory. Mother of mercy, Sea Kitten fans witnessed a one-player wrecking ball in action at Olbrich Park Wednesday night. Dan Dynam-Oele slugged three home runs and collected 10 runs batted in to lead Sea Kittens (6-1, 2-0 MSCR Kenosha League 2nd half) to a 15-4 win over Olbrich Offenders (2-5, 0-2).
