Back in action after a rare August rainout, Sea Kittens (7-1) look to continue its 2021 success against Driftless Renovations (3-5). When the teams met on June 30, Sea Kittens pounced for 10 first-inning runs and cruised to a 17-2 victory, thanks to substitute performances from Sweet Thing Harkins, The Pup, Slash Grutzik and All Day Kendra Haight. The loss sparked what is now a 4-game losing streak for the Driftless squad, which will be looking to pass back through the portal in the opposite direction tonight, as well as a 4-game winning streak for the Kittens, which would achieve its second-best summer season win total with a win. The Cats’ regulars will be in attendance tonight, with only Man-Aaron Jossart missing from the lineup, and Zen Master Rowe is slated to start.
