Perhaps rejuvenated by lugging increasingly heavier weights daily, the Cat’s all-team female leader in batting average scored 10 runs for the third time in her career- Heidi and Gretchen are the only others to do so even once- and topped 10 hits for the seventh time in eight seasons. She also notched 2 doubles for the 4th time- Slaminn’ Ellen Hamann is the only other SK  to do so in a summer season. O’Brien also hit 0.613 in three Harmony Tournament games, walking and doubling once while scoring 5 runs and driving in 3.
