A long-time Bottomfeeder and occasional Sea Kitten substitute, Dugan jumped at the chance to join the Sea Kittens’ full-time roster in summer 2022. In doing so, she became the Cats’ first Canadian-born player.
An athletic outfielder, Dugan relishes the warm summer nights patrolling the fresh-cut green grass, as long as the mosquitoes haven’t hatched in great quantity. Normally in left field, when assigned to right she reminisces quietly about her beloved Blue jays’ 1992 World Series win.
Dugan rapped her first Sea Kittens hit June 23, 2022.
“I love all Canadian teams,” she said in a recent interview. “Especially the defunct ones (sorry).”
