Rain Keeps Cats Indoors

For the 43rd time in Harmony Sea Kittens history, rain has postponed a scheduled contest. The forecast looked grim for days, and the reality was worse as cool temperatures and steady, drenching rain moved through the area in several waves over the past 24 hours. Trying to find a silver lining in one of the many, many, many clouds, Harmony manager Joe Hennessy opined that maybe the Cats would do well to have another week to lick around and smooth ruffled fur after last week’s stunning loss to Bat Intentions. The Cats also would have been without Helen “Boo Rabbit” Bradley, Kyle “Boom Boom” Magyera, and Erin “Mama Cat” O’Brien for tonight’s contest with a formidable Silver Eagle squad.
